Agree and 3M is a big chunk of cash out of any upfront and the company could give him stock its there choice. Given the history do you think they will burn cash out of their potential paypackets or stock holders. I mean they seem pretty happy to dilute maxing headroom each year.

Also agree Hopper knows what he is doing and he is all out. There is no positive in this this was a bad deal though like I say they can do no wrong.
