Ann: Kazia raises $4.5m and launches share purchase plan, page-22

Two immediate comments:
- Being a long term shareholder from North America don’t like the dilution but if they needed to do it now they should have done it at the last closing price. Why did they do it now when the price starting to rise. This seems wrong.
- why is the GBM agile results still a year out ? We are now 24 months into the trial. Previous positive were at roughly 16 months. Should we not have results now even with some time lag in compiling the analysis ?

- only marginal positive news is they chose to reward current holders at this price with the dilution.
