I always think when the Directors announce they are taking up their full entitlement it smells of BS.
If they don't announce it and issue Director notice changes for full entitlement then that sends a very strong message.
On the other hand, no take-up sends a big no confidence message.
I'm in another stock that has played this really well, the CEO sought shareholder approval to take up the float.
