In the meantime, who is looking after the shareholders??

I said this on day 1 OiaPhile, this was the most clumsy, poorly orchestrated, amateurish offering I've ever seen. As an investor/traderof biotechs here in the US, the routine is the same every time...announce the news, let the stock run, announce an offering. Why did Garner/Ross do what they did? (Harvett please stop with the nonsense regarding securing funds during Corona) If they had CONFIDENCE in the data, they would have waited a day or 2. If Garner has any stock options under .40 they should be stripped immediately. Same for Ross.
With the SP @ .38, this is a total embarrassment. Share price matters for publicly traded companies...maybe it's time to bring in new blood that investors have confidence in. Just a thought!
