The Directors have set a cap on the aggregate amount that may be raised under the SPP of $2.0
million. However, the Directors reserve the right to increase this amount if the applications received
from Eligible Shareholders exceed this amount and to do so would be in the best interests of
shareholders.

Also they have to act in the best interest of shareholders. More capital is always in that interest.
