Has anyone contacted ASIC about the lack of independent valuation data to make an informed decision on, would have thought the company has an obligation to shareholders to have a valuation done on the NTA per share before the company advises share holders ?
Up to this stage the manager has not blatantly broken any rules , bu would it be breaking ASIC rules if no independent valuation was presented to shareholders ?
