The implication via the shared address is that their lender is an associated or related party. This appears to be confirmed by a notice of substantial holding on 12 December 2022 by Keybridge for URF, which is the same entity as in the legal challenge linked above. The notice shows the seventh and eight defendants in the legal action as being an associate of KBC.
I'll do some more digging as to who these people are, but on paper it seems to be a friendly, if not directly controlled, relationship.
