The Market for a long time valued VEN at 3 times MEL but it has decided to bring it back to around 2.5 times now .
Of course it comes down to people if it happens and in the rationalisation some people would lose their jobs but all of them would be re employable and some might see it as a blessing for their careers .
Of course the third business in the JV has money to burn and they might decide to own it all .
Haha we live in hope .
