I don't think there will be much in the way of options - a CR is probably inevitable.
KBC helped to push down the SP anyway - good riddance to them. MEL should be less concerned by any dilution and more concerned about getting into debt.
This is messy - bad management in so many ways - how did they miss the deadline anyway?
