I am a serially loser most times I have done that .
The CEO has overall oversight of what is happening in the business .
He also has history of running a business that went broke when a supposedly supportive investor called in its debt .
The leases that MIN got for very little when Empire went broke are now worth billions based on the value of NWE 's 20% ( Now deceased , RIP ).
That said I don't think MEL will go broke and I think at this market cap they are good value .
However no one is making any offers to buy them .
