After receipt of the default notice, Metgasco then remedied its default." - WHY DID THE MANAGEMENT FAIL TO ADVISE THE SHAREHOLDERS VIA AN ASX ANNOUNCEMENT AS IT WAS MATERIAL INFORMATION THAT THE MARKET SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF!! ASX SHOULD BE ISSUING A 'PLEASE EXPLAIN' TO THE METGASCO!

"Under the Loan Note Deed, Keybridge held an express right to terminate the Deed should Metgasco fail to satisfy a condition that required it to obtain shareholder approval (or ASX waiver) for the attaching options within 90 days of the initial drawdown date." - AS STATED IN THIS MORNING'S ANN FROM MEL, THIS IS THE REASON WHY MANAGEMENT WANT SHAREHOLDERS TO VOTE IN FAVOR OF RESOLUTION 5 AS THEY HAVE STUFFED UP BIG TIME AS THEY FAILED TO MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS IN TIMELINES ETC!
