They got an exemption to be able to use 2 month ago dates and prices ( when they failed to distribute offer document in correct time frame- chrissy new year as a excuse) so they didn't have to redo offer document and yes nothing stops a "friend" setting a price back then in a very shallow market. . Odds of them not lodging by an admin error as opposed to a strategic move IMO are slim but who knows.
