This may be seen like a wild idea (and it very much is, but given the man I would never rule out anything) but how about Clive Palmer as a "white knight"? He has shown that he is a fan of Yowies through his Facebook page, and would potentially enjoy the story of saving the chocolate brand from these corporate sharks. If he can afford to pay for all of his political advertisements surely the big man can afford to pay a few million to save what he considers to be an Australian icon.

I would also personally be all over a special edition Yowie that contains the Palmersaurus...
