Close of Takeover OfferKeybridge Capital Limited (Keybridge) advises that offers made under its off-market takeover bidfor the ordinary shares in Yowie Group Limited (Yowie) closed at 7.00pm on Friday 26 April 2024pursuant to the terms of those offers.
Acceptances received under the takeover bid resulted in Keybridge’s relevant interest in theordinary shares of Yowie increasing to 78.359%.
