First delay was mainly due to covid - which pretty much everyone in the industry suffered - various scale (essentially not the fault of management in any way)
This delay seems to be more strategic and costly for management (SG is gonna miss out on performance shares).
I think this needs to be looked at on balance
Quick summaries of "its late" does not reflect the true issue.
But hey - everyone has an agenda right ...
If you can pick up more shares cheaper... why not !
