It's just the reality. CAPEX will likely be a lot for a company with currently only ~200 mil MC. Financers aren't just going to throw money at it.
QPM ticks a lot of boxes but DNI has never been done and hasn't been proven. Some guarantees on some of the key parts of this process will likely be the final tick for financers. Now when the DFS comes, instead of financers sitting on their hands not keen to risk funding this amazing project with too much technical risk, they will be getting their check books out while getting in line.
It's just the reality. CAPEX will likely be a lot for a company...
