Shirazy I think you mite be very close to the truth,Everthing you say makes sense .They obviously have a case they feel they can win on both fronts.With the best advice in the industry Illd be surprised if there going in blind ,more likely armed to the teeth .The fingers mite be pointing in the wrong direction for all we no ,so Illd be waiting till we no what was said in these long and extensive email exchanges before making any judgement .
