I agree with Shirazy that 'self interest' is always the primary motivator.
Which is why I think they went cold on serving the writ due to the non-disclosure and possible insider trading issues (I've always found that smart people get caught out by doing the dumbest things). We know ASIC are involved as I, as others, had a very polite response to my complaint stating 'they don't comment on operational matters'. I havn't figured out how to post the image of the receipt (date time stamp) of their response.
It is now best to leave it up to them and stop speculating as at this point 'what will be will be'.
