Ann: KDR Rights Issue and Shortfall Closed Over Subscribed-KDR.AX, page-26

Has anybody actually received there 10% ( based on refund) of shortfall shares applied for???
Hoping to get mine and sell them to be finished with this sorry saga!

Re read the prospectus and the shortfall allocation really does not comply a total disgrace, but with the heads and oppies worth .12c +( .045/2 ) on day of issue of entitlement thats 14.25c for .085c I'm not surprised the thieves and con men running this show have gifted 90% of eligible shareholder entitlements to their mates.

Did anyone question the company or talk to ASIC since the shortfall ANN ?

I said earlier in this thread that I will be back but have changed my mind GLTAH
