Capri is a substantial holder. That means any change to holdings must be notified to the ASX on Form 604. To date no such announcement has been forthcoming. Until then, that suggests that Capri didn't take up any Rights.
If they did then we should have seen an announcement. There is a possibility that the paperwork is in the pipeline. If it doesn't come through by the end of this week then it is reasonable to presume that Capri didn't take any Rights issue.
