I am a believer in Employee share schemes.
and certainly when the shares are bought on market.
but one ponders whether market liquidity will be an ever increasing problem as the company increases in size and more and more shares are held within the ESS…?
Poor liquidity is a two sided coin, and if I had a preference it would be for the highly liquid stock every time.
