Hello John, thank you on the information regarding advances in casing holes. Well done ARD. But the holes were not drilled to advance the techniques of drilling, they were drilled to intersect potential ore bodies based on well thought out scientific concepts. It is a recognized ploy that when a drill hole fail to intercept potentially commercial mineralization that the consequent press release relates to details unconnected with the task in hand. So I think we can assume hole 2 did not intersect significant visible base metal mineralization (gold and silver are specifically excluded from this statement}. My personal view is that I would have preferred ARD to tell the shareholders what mineralization, as seen in the drill logs, was intercepted. Failure to do this leads to the conclusion that no significant base metal mineralization was intersected.

When I invest the in junior company, such as ARD, the first, and in my view, most important question is the quality of managment because as you rightly point out John, there are a lot of cowboys out there. In my view, and yours too I am sure, ARD's management are professional and competant individuals aimed at increasing shareholder wealth and not mining the share market.

Whislt I am confident in the quality of ARD's management there are a lot of factors out there that will control their ability to function as a company; namely the ability to pay bills. We see this when the recognised authorities declare that up to 40% of junior exploration companies may go to the wall this year because of shortage of funds.

At the current silver price, Kempfield is uneconomic without a major technical breakthrough - which might come. Hell might also freeze. If the current series of deep drill holes intercept none commercial mineralization like Hole 1, then ARD may have problems raising funds to continue as managments best targets have been drilled. We do not know the results for hole 2 and hole 3 but based on the current press release hole 2 did not appear to intersect commercial mineralization and if this is the case then the old addage of a "technical sucess but not a commercial" success may become appropriate. I, personally, would like to see is ARD hedging its bets and drilling West Wylong as this is a potential company maker. If specific targets cannot be identified at West Wylong, then pattern drill. This is cheap. Wish David had more exploration experience but that is tempered by sincerity and competance in other directions.
