I have to agree.
Additionally it indicates to me that they are looking for some sort of near term tie up to either rationalise land holdings in the region or asset sale (takeover or otherwise).
KB retired, all of a sudden he had a change of heart and wants a FTE CEO position again to take to production? I dont think so.
This will be a short term bounce.
