It's a good move when considering global oil prices, cuts in exploration budgets and more importantly, the recent worsening destabilisation of Kenya. Such a shame for all concerned though.
I see little upside for PCL in the medium term. I think chances of survival until something happens in Namibia would be less than 50% now. I do hope I'm wrong for those who have held on in there.
