If Kerogen are going to try and take it private or take it over then I assume they will want to do it before drilling and frac'ing results are released .
I've got no doubt Blackstone would rather work with Kerogen than cash strapped Lucas .
Surely it's going to be difficult to get the other major shareholders out of the scene .
