    Well, now you know why the shareprice stayed magically at around 70ct.

    No shareholder other then K will agree to any type of takeover. They will pull the loan next year etc. It's game on.

    Already some shareholders have contacted me to make clear they will go all the way to prevent an unbalanced situation, leaving out current shareholders.
