Perhaps someone with Australian securities law experience can help me understand this? What can Kerogen accomplish with a 52% stake that they couldn't with a 49% stake? Does having a simple majority make a significant difference? Couldn't K have just as easily launched a tender offer for the remaining shares of AJL if they wished to with only 49%?
