Thanks. Can you remind us of the mechanism for that conversion? I thought it was debt plus warrants, but I can't remember. If warrants, isn't the strike 1.35? It's easier for K to tender for 37% of the stock than for 50%, but not dramatically so. Still think that the major remaining holders aren't going to lie down and let K take the stock away on the cheap.
