Maybe, it would certainly be the cleanest way to split the company so that they retain the bit they want i.e. Cuadrilla. I am sure Kerogen would not want all the smaller AJL shareholders sharing in Cuadrilla and gumming up the works, so a breakup of AJL is inevitable.
