Sjwill89, shares coming out of escrow do not dilute existing shareholders. No new shares are added to the register, they are already in existance and paid for (or allocated). The end of the Escrow period merely means that the agreed period for the shares to be held and not sold lapses. It doesn't necessarily always mean that it will create downward pressure either (especially if shares are trading lower than at the time of Escrow) because the holder cannot sell them for an immediate profit and may be forced to wait until company trades upward. That's if they want to sell at all.
