just to add to my post..
the good news there FG is as the following
" The big falls in continue, yet total housing lending volumes remain 18% higher then pre-covid " so I guess a little better balance there..
but what will happen in the future with further interest rises predicted?, how many more families will need to re finance ...
fingers crossed for those families, hope people can get through.
