Unfortunaetly in this world there are accountable leaders and others that make excuses. I asscoaite with the latter group and yes it seems like a few people associated with this company dont get leadership thing. My vote will be a drastic change in culture. We are no longer a 20million dollar MC company. Get over yourself get out of the way and let ADO grow!
