This announcement seems like a desperate act. It is a piece of fluff news put out a day after the SP starts to hemmorrage. The real test of this strategy will be the duration of the buoyant effect on the SP and keeping it above 6c. At the moment the effect on SP seems muted, it will be interesting to see how long it lasts. It all smacks of too little to late imo.
