    Why the heck would the vendor give a discount of $2.47m???? They clearly want to get this deal wrapped up for their mates by hook or crook!! Something is definitely not right!
    "The 39 million shares will be issued from the Company’s existing capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1." - so they will not have to seek approval from shareholders for this deal to go through, very convenient!
    Very fishy indeed!
