This thread has been interesting reading and I’m prepared to give BB the benefit of the doubt for a couple of reasons.

First, as Mr Delta mentioned above it probably is the last chance to make a name for himself. If BB has any self-integrity he will want to prove to himself that he can achieve big things at ADV. The options also allow him some skin in the game which may prove a useful incentive to improve the SP.

Second, we all lauded the appointment of Piers Lewis a while back and if the man is worth his salt (or graphite or lithium) then he would be aware of BB’s shortcomings and keep him on a tight leash.

The resource potential looks good for ADV especially with the addition of the lithium plays. However given the volume of reaction to this appointment, I will take a “wait and see” approach before making my decision on an exit point.
