So, as long as you believe Appointments are top class, you don't really care about the outcome
While I'm a bit concerned about these sudden changes I certainly wouldn't bag the new blokes until we see what they bring to the table. Incidentally there are a lot of cross over talents required in the Corporate world and you shouldn't sneer because someone worked in an industry perhaps you don't care for.
Let's hope the new appointments can work well with other Directors and produce an outcome better than your "top guns"...
