    Hard to cut through all the bullshit with these announcements sometimes... But overall looks good.

    Mark has been very impressive and has done it in the past so moving him to GM probably a good idea.

    moving PL to chairman means he can spend more time on strategic moves... I guess more people are willing to pick up the phone when PL calls to discuss mergers etc
