I think you've hit the nail on the head. PL wishes to drive this business forward not just from exploration success but via strategic acquisitions or mergers. I still believe that there must be behind the discussions going on with our next door neighbour(HRN) who have tenements which share mineralised zones and brings a large resource(will grow soon after recent drilling) and infrastructure to the table. The enormous value synergies are obvious and I'm sure the first step is an increase in resources from GML so a merger of equals can be negotiated. IMO it's the smartest way for both companies to increase SH value in due course.
