It's really a neutral announcement. Any neutral or even slightly positive annoucement is just being sold off in this market. This is amplified at GLN due to falling SP over a long period of time. It is yet again payment by dilution which seems to be the preferred approach for GLN, despite JP indicating otherwise. It all comes down to pre-payment at HWM, JP needs to prove his product chloride product is desirable enough that someone will pay up front for it. It won't pay for Stage 1 and 2 of course but should be enough to turn the tide of the SP alongside a change in Lithium sentiment.
