Stephens sure would sign this agreement. Not even in my world is there a 12 month termination period and then a 12 mth payout. This is a very small junior miner.
The options dished out is way over the top. But why complain it is normal for these blokes.
Only 3% rise for such a huge management and board change but Stephens did list it as not price sensitive. Great they have confidence in their ability.
