Difficult to keep a lid on licensing approval with so many stake holders involved with the process and outside of management control.
Frustrating for retail as they are usually last to know.
I hope management take all necessary steps in future to limit access to price sensitive information as 4 x increase in volume days before a announcement is hardly a coincidence.
Not to take away from the fact this is a good announcement and a significant milestone for CTM
