Because I have continually seen posts by you where you have these strange conspiracy theories that the board is out to make sure everyone loses their money.
Why would they sell any asset for less than fair value? The board have a duty to ensure they get the best price for the shareholders. So again, just another attempt by you at a doom and gloom post.
