Its still just all words. End of the day the state can do whatever it wants with the wrong people in power. Theres still a lot of uncertainty here until the project makes it to production, theyre turning a profit, and the profits are passed back to shareholders - and thats still years away and a mirage.

upside is that the uncertainty creates higher risk, therefore higher reward if it doesnt go bad.

just depends what your risk appetite is.
