Points 1 & 2 are great.
Points 3 is whats keeping the valuation down imo
To have to approach the lethargic Canadian govt for anything is going to be slow going. Hopefully the govt steps up. Without it, the region is locked up in terms of development.
Initially when i invested i counted 3 yrs for environmental and mine permiting. I was ok with that.
However now theres also issues of lack of infrastructure to be resolved.If we look at Frontier Lithium, its in similar situation with capex requirement very high.
Points 1 & 2 are great.Points 3 is whats keeping the valuation...
