Considering that we have a USD2000 gold price,TTM forms part of a large group of spec gold stocks that are trading at ridiculously low levels with total disregard of discovered ounces and exploration potential. I have been investing in this sector of the market since 1979 and endured depressed trading conditions on numerous occasions. This market climate prevailed in the past due to low gold prices. In stark contrast to the elevated level we are enjoying at present. It would appear that the speculators have doubts over the sustainability of the present gold pricing and are reluctant to take medium/long term positions.......and risk being caught with their pants down in the event of a price correction.(once bitten twice shy). There is presently blood in the streets which provides a rare buying opportunity for the selective stocks that have unrecognized value.You have to do your research and be prepared to back your judgement. There is talk of a pending major breakout in the gold price. Should this eventuate, there will be a rush of money into the gold sector. Creating the ultimate momentum play. Time will tell!
