what’s interesting here is that for the LFP project, Indonesia is wanting to become the hub for battery electric vehicles in south east Asia. They have a lot of ability to manufacture BEV’s but maybe not so much the minerals for something such as LFP Cathode.
GEAR invested in Avenira at the end of last year, which is about the time they delisted from the Singapore stock exchange to allow them to move to sustainable projects. https://gear.com.sg/milestones/page/2/
GEAR has tie ups to the Widjaja family in Indonesia so it wouldn’t surprise me if they werent interested in the LFP Plant and potentially tying that into BEV in Indonesia.
