If that was the intention of the board, why did they renew Darren's contract for three years commencing 1/4/15, and increase his base salary from $325K to $360k at the same time? Including clauses like:
* Early termination = 6 months salary,
* Takeover = 9 months salary.
Ref: ABM 2015 Annual report, page 52. So the question remains, why the change and why now?
