Seriously, take all the time you need to answer the question and remember to include your workings to gain the full marks available.
I've said it before, just because small time investors think that something should happen, that they are owed something, that things shouldn't be done the way they are done, does not mean they are right.
The announcement is not late. It has not been forgotten about as you state.
Get a grip.
