For RESPIRI to suceed the business needs to be physician led and peer promoted nationally. This is a great first step, more than ADR has achieved based on public statements. If RESPIRI can show, physician engagement with Wheezo across the US, with increased utilization , increased claims, proof of payment and no clawsbacks by CMS then they are heding fof a good business. However, getting this so scale is the challange. CMS patients with reimbursement is in place. They need the commercial carriers to pick up payments as well. They need data in US patients to demonstate benefit in terms of outcomes and savings for the insurers and, the hardest one may be, they need to convince, through physicians for patients to you Wheezo 30 time a month every month ( which this tech was not intended for) to make this a sustainable business and valuable enough for the physicians to put resources against. If they can do that they are off and running. Firts baby steps have been good..........keep watching.
