Each step is important, but if you were to think in terms of a time line where do you think we are now. If this is step 1 ( for example I know it's not ) AND the last step is 10 with free flowing payments with expansion still happening. I would think we are still closer to 1 than 10 with this timeline stretching out many months yet. I did think this would be happening quicker, but it doesn't seem to be.

True....different revenue models. US end user is fully reimbursed. Australia end user is out of pocket.

Very true and I don't think the medical profession here is actively behind it and so it sits in pharmacies unknown.

Glad to know a poster here who actually uses the product and I guess is a believer. Can I ask what has been your experience with it so far ?
